Preamble :
These terms and conditions of sale are concluded by the seller (See legal references) and anyone wishing to make a purchase via this website, below, the buyer. In validating its order, the Customer declares that he fully accepts the terms of the order as well as all of these terms and conditions of sale and declares that he has the ability to enter into a contract with the seller.

5- ORDERS

7 - DELIVERY
Deliveries are made at the address indicated in the purchase order as part of the geographical limit specified above. THE RISKS ARE AT THE BUYER'S EXPENSE WHEN THE ORDER HAS LEFT THE SELLER'S PREMISES. Any protest about damage during transport must be made by a reasoned claim, a copy of which will be addressed to the seller, with the carrier, within three days of delivery. Delivery times are given as an indication and include processing routing and shipping. The buyer has a right to cancel in case of delays of more than 7 days, the refund of goods or services and out-of-way charges are due upon receipt of the return of the full order in its original state. The seller is not liable for breach of contract due to a case of force majeure (strike, fire, flood, etc.).
8- RETRACTATION
Non-professional buyers have a seven-day withdrawal period from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty. Returns are to be made in the full state of origin (packaging, accessory, notice ...) allowing their re-marketing in the new state and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
This right does not apply to immediately reproducible unsealed products and custom products on demand.
9- GUARANTEES

All claims, exchange or refund requests must be made according to the terms specified on the site, with a reasoned complaint and a copy of the invoice, within thirty days of delivery.
